Loved it. The cafe is really good, and the staff friendly and obliging. Great place to look around, varied and interesting stock. Will definitely return.

Lovely place to browse and have a snack. Food is great, coffee good, sadly no teapots. A bag in a mug is for at home. A teapot makes it special..... and the tea taste better.

As somebody who knows next to nothing about alarms I originally spoke with Ben 4 months ago when I had the choice of getting wiring done for a hard wired alarm (at a considerable cost) by the electricians who the building firm where using for our new build house. At the time I was just so impressed by the amount of time he took to explain the options to me and his breadth on knowledge that it convinced me to go with a wireless system. Fast forward 4 months and today Ben came out and installed our wireless alarm which works fantastically - he also stayed till gone 6.30pm to make sure we understood all of the settings and answered any questions that we had. I would happily recommend The Oxford Alarm Company and would give 11/10 if at all possible? Tom & Beth

Absolutely fantastic customer service and very efficient, would definitely recommend if you are looking for home cctv. Ben came to give a quote and subsequently to install the system, we are very pleased with the excellent quality product.

Was going to get a suit off the shelf for my wedding but got recommended to go see Lewis and the team before. What a great decision that was! Best experience I've ever had getting a suit. Lewis made it light hearted but professional. Will be getting many more suits from them and recommending them to everyone I know. James

Great product, customer service not so hot. Ordered a bow tie and cummerbund through the website which I wanted to match the colour theme of my daughter's wedding. Website said it would email me with confirmation - which never came. Product arrived promptly, but in the wrong colour. Emailed them, have never had a reply to that. Returned the item at my own expense and then phoned them. They told me a replacement had been sent, then changed that to a replacement would be sent. The correct items finally arrived, but no offer at any point to refund my £1.30 return postage costs.

I went to buy a pear of walking boots there very helpful members of the shop team that went of there way to help me I brought the boots and will be back for another pear wheni need them very helpful stuff not like ones at Bicester village
